The app froze when trying to pay the first time, despite having a good 4G signal.Awful experience, couldn't gain access to the parking we had booked in advance and there was nobody contactable to help! had to find a different place to park and pay for a second time! very poorArrived at my parking space to find that the tenants of the property had no idea we were parking there.

One feature not present however, which I've experienced on other apps and find really useful, are reminder texts sent 10/15 minutes or so prior to the expiry of a current parking slot.Charges increased suddenly,been using this app for around 6 months and had no issues as there was a slight difference on this and just park app However I can see that today all of a sudden the prices have increased if I book using this app not sure if it's the updated algorithm or some other factor.
3. This will be a good option if you are looking for one off bookings.Took me a while to figure out why I couldn't pay but once I booked on app for a parking place I could! Rather a convoluted process! But good central location in town.
4. If u don't have the reliability to do car parks u should of stuck with driveways.I have paid for 1 month and for the entire month I have had to press the buzzer on leaving the car park and ask them to let me out, and then I am trying to cancel my recurring payment for tomorrow as I don't need a another month from tomorrow and the app doesn't work it just says there is an error trying to do that and then says try again.
5. In the same car park, at the same time.I had to install this app because the parking machine wouldn't accept two bank cards, either on contactless on by physically putting it into the machine.
6. No response to me and it still has my driveway listed on it's website! Awful.Update - App Product Manager took over my complaint and reimbursed me for the fine, promising to update the app to warn you that you're booking the same car twice.
7. Original review abridged-Got a £100 fine because the app let's you add multiple cars and bookings, so I booked two cars into a car park.
8. Not maintained very well.Tap the location number and a silly square appears for a split second and that's it, tried multiple times even reinstalled the app but no luck.
9. I am not impressed atall and I certainly won't be happy if they charge me £90 tomorrow for something I am not agreeing to them taking from my accountSomeone has listed my driveway to rent out without my knowledge or permission using this platform.
10. Out of all the parking apps I've had to use in car parks across the UK, this one has probably the best - ie the most intuitive / easiest / quickest - user interface I've experienced.
