It's unfortunate because there is alot of good stuff it seems on here, but fighting with this app isn't worth the aggravation.The worst app you can use to sell and buy stuff, you may expect a piece of trash 🗑️ in your post box that you have bought with hundreds of € And never try to claim ir reach to the customer service because they make no effort to solve any issuesCatawiki is great for adding fantastic items to your home and personal possessions.
2. they need to absolutely verify with the buyer that goods have been received before paying the seller.If they do this the service is perfect.Catawiki's Support does not exist! I've contact the support via emails 4 times in 3 month regarding an open claim (money return).
3. Great service...This app would work better for me if you could filter for the country the item is being sold from, not its country of origin.
4. The auction portal is clamming payments beeing safe, all seller being verified and all auctions quality checked.
5. Plus in this update I seem to have lost the translation function in the description of an item.No longer possible to use country filters for watches.
6. Their support team is a joke! If your pacage is delivered infront of your door and left there without informing you, they considered it as delivered.
