1. Very annoying.Good app overall.. It would be nice and time saving to have a physical shopping boss card that automatically can be swipped at checkout.. Using the app in line at the cashier is awkward and can be slow depending in phone serviceDo not use this APP! My wife was looking at airline tickets the other day...she clicked on something to check out the coupon... Then she accidentally dropped her phone and it purchased $250 airline ticket.

I hope this can be fixed soon.I would have given it five stars but the only problem I have is when once I click on a retailer and go back to the list I'm always at the top and it gets frustrating where I have to scroll all the way down last location.I have been using Shopping Boss for several years now.

3. About a year ago I had a house water filtration system installed and part of the package was having access to shopping boss.

1. Fix ShoppingBoss Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShoppingBoss: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShoppingBoss App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShoppingBoss" » Open ShoppingBoss » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShoppingBoss » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShoppingBoss app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShoppingBoss servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShoppingBoss" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShoppingBoss app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShoppingBoss might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShoppingBoss. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShoppingBoss then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShoppingBoss not working

2. Fix ShoppingBoss Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShoppingBoss be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShoppingBoss not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShoppingBoss may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
