Why should I report an Issue with Castle Link?

1. It's a good idea but if it doesn't work we are left with using the Castle Link anyways.Worx as stated and states what worx! I have been able to store settings and retrieve them for quick changes to ESC parameters including my new Sidewinder 4.

2. Those (Eric) complaining about telemetry should READ before REVIEWING! From the "Note:..." below the apps links on Castle's own website: "...The B-Link can be used to adjust settings on the ESC; but it cannot be run in conjunction with the Telemetry Links.".This thing is awesome!! Idk what everyone is talking about with the bugs and glitches because I have never had any problems at all with it and I can program my settings from anywhere as long as I have my phone.

3. I am hoping they add data logging soon, that would be awesome.This worked exactly once for me yesterday and today I connected it and it blew out my previous Mamba X settings upon connecting.

4. This is one of most useful features for tuning and I cant see it without connecting it back to my pc.Most of the time it wont connect to the esc and when it does half the time it freezes when sending the setting changes to the esc.

5. I hope the get the thing working soon to pull the recorded data, and preferably with a laptop via Bluetooth.Had trouble with finding the transmitter.

6. I feel like I spent $50 for a paper weight!!! I'm sure it's going to be a great app once fixed, but now it's just blahhhhhhhh.....Sincerely, A Castle supporterBought the Castle B Link to use with my Castle Edge 200.

7. Main purpose for spending an extra $50 to get the BLink was to be able to get the recorded data to the laptop or phone.

8. Sometimes if i delete the app and start over it will work on the one time link option but not the saved option.

9. For example, the app will sometimes have trouble communicating with the esc and pop up with an error message to restart the esc (who really wants to do that all the time?), but I found I can just close and exit the app and it will reconnect just fine.

10. Even though my ESC is beeping to let me know that my data log is full but I can't view the data log because the software/ update hasn't been made available yet.

11. Awesome work CastleIt was as working fine but since update I can no longer set a voltage cutoff higher than 24v.

1. Fix Castle Link Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Castle Link: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Castle Link App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Castle Link" » Open Castle Link » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Castle Link » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Castle Link app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Castle Link servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Castle Link" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Castle Link app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Castle Link might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Castle Link. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Castle Link then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Castle Link not working

2. Fix Castle Link Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Castle Link be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Castle Link not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Castle Link may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
