About CASIO WATCH+

1. Even if operation with a specific phone model has been confirmed, a phone software update, an Android OS update, or other factors may result in improper display indications and/or operation.

2. The CASIO WATCH+ app also simplifies certain watch operations by letting you perform them on your phone screen.

3. Operation has been confirmed on the phones below, and use of these phone models is recommended.

4. CASIO WATCH+ can be downloaded using a phone running Android 6. 0 or higher.

5. Pairing your watch with a smartphone enables use of a variety of different Mobile Link functions that greatly enhance the smartphone experience.

6. More phone models will be added as soon as operation is confirmed.

7. If the app does not operate properly with the smartphone in power saving mode, please turn off power saving mode before use.

8. If the smartphone is set to power saving mode, the app may not operate properly.

9. Please refer to the FAQ link below to resolve problems such as being unable to connect or operate the watch.

10. This is the basic application for connecting and communicating with a Bluetooth(R) v4. 0 enabled CASIO watch.

CASIO WATCH+ Customer Insights

1. It's just the find my phone feature that does not seems to work right which is why I give 3 stars.Completely necessary app to have in order to keep my Casio Edifice Bluetooth watch with the right time when the clocks go forward and back.

2. If Casio would like to publish the protocol used to communicate with the watch we could write something that worksFor some of those not figuring out connection issues..we need to hold down the bluetooth button(2 full seconds and not just press and release) till the second hand makes a complete circle and comes back to the bluetooth symbol on the dial.

3. Will only connect to your watch from one device or phone at a time, so when I got a new phone it wouldn't connect until I had removed it from my old phone app.

4. The app & watch time sync stops working for no apparent reason; the longest it's ever worked is 2 weeks.

5. I'd like to see a kind of log showing like whether (when) watch was synchronized, what was the time difference, what alarm time was set etc, as now it's not obvious whether automatic synchronization was properly done.

6. I was able to set the alarm, set my local time zone, and set the zone for my house in Spain, as well as set the lost phone push button.

7. I understand this should be done on the watch level, but theoretically alarms can be set during autosynchro and showed up on phone.This is an embarrassingly bad app.

8. the only issue is the app should have been better documented with the manual.For some reason the find my phone feature only rings for about 2-3 seconds and then stops.

9. The app automatically set the time and date of my watch within seconds.

10. Once paired, it SHOULD open directly to the Guide to access ALL functions.excellent app for my connected edifice watch.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CASIO WATCH+ Issues

1. Fix CASIO WATCH+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CASIO WATCH+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CASIO WATCH+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CASIO WATCH+" » Open CASIO WATCH+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CASIO WATCH+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CASIO WATCH+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CASIO WATCH+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CASIO WATCH+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CASIO WATCH+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CASIO WATCH+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CASIO WATCH+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CASIO WATCH+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CASIO WATCH+ not working


2. Fix CASIO WATCH+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CASIO WATCH+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CASIO WATCH+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CASIO WATCH+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
