SNOW Customer Insights

1. Also sometimes it saves a huge amount of random images and videos from the app to my phone storage and I'm really not sure what that's about but I don't enjoy it.I loved SNOW, but the new update is HORRIBLE!! Can't access my list of favorite filters anymore, the new layout makes it harder to find filters in general, and there are way less filters available for photos imported from the gallery.

2. The quality is not the same as when I first started using it 3-4 years ago (╥﹏╥)The app used to be a full 5 stars, but they updated it so now when you pull a photo from your gallery, you can't use your favorite filters on it! Its actually really irritating that they got rid of that option.

3. I'm wondering if this is a bug of some sort, and if so, I would like it to be remove and reverted back to the original filter.My all in one photo editing app! I love the cute stickers and filters and border options for resizing.

4. I keep it cute with fun filters and stickers! Also the ads get kind of annoying when you open the app, but it's not bad considering it's free software.I technically give it 3 stars, but it earns an extra star because of the filters.

5. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! THANK YOU !Really fun app with a lot of customization, but I wish there was a bit more customization? Even with all the facial editing turned off, I still can't turn off some filters changing how my face is shaped or changing the color of my eyes.

6. But that particular part has always been an issue.For basics it's good, but to try and use it to the fullest potential it's trying to get to, it will fallThis camera app is very fun to use and have wonderful filters! However, recently, there has been an issue whenever I open the app.

7. Other than that the makeup options are cool, it's also sad that you can't change some filters intensity, only the face thinning option.

8. The filters are wonderful and it's very fun, but it is inconvenient to download the content and then send it on another platform instead versus being able to send it in one app with a click.

9. I like the filters, but it's super laggy it's always crashing, the boomerangs are sometimes coming out low quality sometimes or they freeze.

10. I also don't like the fact that you have to sign in to favorite creators' filters.

11. One of many filters is becoming my default filter.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SNOW Issues

1. Fix SNOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SNOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SNOW App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SNOW" » Open SNOW - AI Profile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SNOW » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SNOW - AI Profile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SNOW servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SNOW - AI Profile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SNOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SNOW might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SNOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SNOW then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SNOW not working


2. Fix SNOW Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SNOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SNOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SNOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • apple deducted 2699 rupees from my gpay and I forgot to unsubscribe before the free trial period.I tried to get a refund from apple, checked the subscription page and purchase history it doesn’t show any purchase but I have proof in my google pay transaction.   • I only wanted to test the AI feature but have no intent of using it for the long run. I forgot to cancel my free trial that turned into a year long subscription and charged me on my credit card.
