Why should I report an Issue with Insfull - Big Profile Photo?

1. Useless.The new update is a big lie... There is not any free HD photo, just like before... It shoud has advertisements or purchase in app, not both in the same time!!!!Okay, dear developer I found out the problem, when I use a VPN app like express vpn or nord vpn, the app doesn't work but, all other apps even similar apps for download profile pic of Instagram accounts work without problem.

2. It's easy to use, doesn't require 1000 IQ to figure this out and that's great.I purchased 5 HD photos scheme that costs 29.99 rs nearly 30 rs.

3. Waste of bundles and time.Ads appear ever 2 seconds and that's not enough, it wants you to make a payment through the app every time you want to use it!!!!.. Developer gone mad!.

4. You download and the photo doesn't reflect in you gallery.

5. You took my money, which was a lot for lifetime, and now you're taking it again and can't provide what I paid for.in the latest update you can never get the photo clearly.

6. You can see people's profile picture and even download it if you fancy.

7. Only your app doesn't work with VPN please fix it in next release.This app isn't that much useful but it does what it says.

8. Now it's doesn't even show a picture for the one's in my history.

9. In app it doesn't show any thing that i purchased such thing.

10. Now it's a pay per HD download, but when clicking it I get this error: We cannot provide HD photos just now.

11. I paid for lifetime and he promised to have a restore purchase option but it never happened.

1. Fix Insfull Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Insfull: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Insfull App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insfull" » Open Insfull - Big Profile Photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insfull » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Insfull - Big Profile Photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insfull servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insfull - Big Profile Photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Insfull app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insfull might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Insfull. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insfull then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insfull not working

2. Fix Insfull Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insfull be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insfull not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insfull may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
