Why should I report an Issue with SODA - Natural Beauty Camera?

Your videos come out the same as the photos no point in making changes to your skin ect makes NO difference.Its a great app i love that when u take a picture it straights away goes to your gallery instead of having to download the picture only fpr it to be in your gallery which is very convenient 💓 and overall its a great app and i really recommend it!!nice but It will hang or gliching this app is nice but i'm not gonna do this ofcly umm yess and i don't like the cupture in it camera and it also hang giliching and breaking my phone And i just buy another iphone but is 15k but we din't buy cuz our money is 12k we don't have time to buy it..FORCEEEE ITTT!! i wish that... 2. Otherwise it's a great app.The filters and the wide range of customization to fit your facial structure is excellent, but one thing that I'm disappointed is that after a certain update, the burst shot option was removed.

3. Also, sometimes, the app freezes and I have to either close or force stop it.pretty good but I'm trying to cancel the subscription plan, but there's no option allowing me to do so, I've contacted the developers but no response yet...Update: I've been experiencing this issue for a few weeks now.

4. That helped me get some good shots of myself and I wish you guys would bring that back in the next update.Really love using this app as a VIP user.

5. It was actually better before but the only good thing right now about the recent update are the filters.

6. Filters you can find anywhere, you may as well just use your normal camera for photos as this App now sucks for smooth skin anything to do with the face.

7. I just wish there was an option to hide the beauty/ edit/ filter if you don't want it on screen.

1. Fix SODA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SODA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SODA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SODA" » Open SODA - Natural Beauty Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SODA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SODA - Natural Beauty Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SODA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SODA - Natural Beauty Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SODA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SODA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SODA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SODA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SODA not working

2. Fix SODA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SODA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SODA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SODA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
