Everything else looks good, just started practicing a few days ago.Great and exciting but you will have to improve on the diagrammatic illustrative questions .While you were describing and asking questions about the Tennis park the diagram was not included.So it was difficult to answer questions 11-17.I just guessed and missed all !.

Occasionally, pictures that are an important part of the exam will not appear at all and sometimes even parts of the audio of the listening exam are missing and more annoyingly this happened even in the exams that I have purchased, so I paid money and got nothing in return.In itself it is a useful app.

3. This makes it harder to check your progress, which is very frustrating.It's an extremely helpful app but sometimes the practice test takes out some questions and that always affects my score.

4. Which forced me to skip all 10 questions from part 2 and couldn't get the actual score of my performance.

5. However, missing a whole lot of 7 questions ,was painful!, but I'm glad,I am able to assess myself and evaluate my progress instantly.

6. While taking listening test 1 part 1, after listening to part 1 it skipped the part 2 and started the part 3.

8. Kindly look into this issue, I tried it 3rd time and it's really skipping the part 2.

1. Restart IELTS Prep App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IELTS Prep App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IELTS Prep App" » Open IELTS Prep App - takeielts.org » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IELTS Prep App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IELTS Prep App - takeielts.org app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IELTS Prep App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IELTS Prep App - takeielts.org" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IELTS Prep App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IELTS Prep App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IELTS Prep App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IELTS Prep App then reinstall.
