1. I didn't believe it... Have so many books laying around eventually get a good little extra pocket change is always nice.. price for selling books could be a better payout ratio of books and price of sale like I have twenty books and the buyer paid top dollar hole sale price for hat are worth instead of barley meeting used sale price for book..WHERE IS MY BOOK? WHERE IS MY MONEY? SCAM!!!!!!!! The title suits this company, Books Run, they run right the hell away! Placed an order, 3 days later recieved shipped notification, 5 days later recieved " Thank you for your return" notification!!!!! Explain that one.

2. Don't use this company, they are not reputable.I had a great experience with BooksRun! I was definitely worried that i would not receive my book on time, that it would not be in good condition as they say and getting my money would be an issue.

I wanted to cancel my book and so I contacted them but they still won't get back to me after a week which its says 3 to 4 business days and now it's too late to get my money back and I have a book that I dont need that i rented and have to send it back with them taking my money and me gaining absolutely nothing.

1. Restart BooksRun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BooksRun App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BooksRun" » Open BooksRun: Sell books for cash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BooksRun » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BooksRun: Sell books for cash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BooksRun servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BooksRun: Sell books for cash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BooksRun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BooksRun might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BooksRun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BooksRun then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BooksRun not working

2. Fix BooksRun Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BooksRun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BooksRun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BooksRun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
