1. Not S'mores fault!I've had this app for a few years now and always got points from lock screen but have been using the surveys and videos to try and get points for a gift card faster and the app constantly freezes, it don't always give me the points I'm owed and it took 400 points randomly and still hasn't returned them to me.

2. I don't use the surveys or video ads or anything, but just the lock screen points over time work just fine for me.

3. After using this app with virtually no problems lately it's been horrible now it won't open says there is a bug plz fix!!It's an easy way to earn a little extra money, one of the only apps where points actually add up to something.

4. Edit: Come on! More video ads and now it is repeating ads that are inappropriate?I just redeemed my points for the first time for a gift card.

5. Other than that you get to redeem points for gift cards just for using the screen saver for so long and for so many times.

6. Except that's the part of the app that's broken!Decent app to keep as a lock screen just to earn some extra points.

7. And I have definitely gotten a descent amount since using for about 2 yrs without wasting a bunch of time to earn points.

8. once I see that it is legit then I will definitely upgrade this 3 star rating to a 5! So far I love $'more! Well I just upgraded this app to a 4 star! It's a great app but it just takes a while to get points if you don't have time to sit on it all the time.

1. Fix Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards" » Open Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards not working


2. Fix Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Make Money & Earn Cash Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I redeemed 500 points for a $5 Walmart Gift card today. It shows in my feed that the points were deducted, but I never received the gift card nor did I receive an email in regards to my point redemption for the gift card. I just need to know what's going on since there is nothing in your FAQ section related to how much time it takes to receive the gift cards after redemption. The last gift card I redeemed was almost instant, so this is why I'm considered seeing as how it has been several hours now and no confirmation was sent other then the points being deducted according to the "feed" tab in the app.

  • I got a new phone last month and I have been trying to get this more app to work since then. I knew I had 495 in points and I wanted to redeem them for a Target gift card I just need to five more points. The app would not let me go past the first screen where you can log in. I was finally able to get into my account and see that my points have been expired April 25th. It is very disappointing to see this.   • Hello. My phone had stopped working for a long time so I wasn't able to use the Smore's app. Now, I just received a new phone and installed the app and signed back into my old account using my email address. I came to see that my points had expired, which I don't think is fair. I had 1532 points. Can I get them all back? I mean really, all those days it took me to are just gone?
