1. I appreciate the time and effort put into this.Nice resumes, not worth the $235 ended up paying even though I tried to cancel after the trial period - then I find that they have been charging me the max subscription of $23.50 for 10 months without receiving a single email or invoice from them during that time 🤔 so I call to cancel since obviously their website cancellation button does not work and an agent tried to sell me on it for 10 mins.
2. I can download it edit or go into any other menus but settings.I wasn't able to edit my resume on the website on my phone so I downloaded the app to try and no options to do it there either.
3. So not really sure what the point of the app was.Does not allow you to edit your resume! I can't edit it on my phone on the site itself because it won't let me modify the date, and now I can't even fix it on the app? USELESS.Can't login to account from app.
4. I'm a paid user and had created my resume on the livecareer website using my computer.
5. Decided to use the app because I thought I could access and edit my CV anywhere and at anytime but this app is so bad that I can't even open my resume that I had created.
6. CAN'T EDIT, once you make a resume you Cannot edit, unless it's through their crappy overpriced site.
7. You pay $3 for a trial, but once you cancel the membership it kicks you out from trial, which obviously is an attempt to make you keep it then forget and they charge you for the next month.
8. No company offers these kind of resume services for free you silly rabbits.
9. The problem is, they actually withdraw about $25 which put my account into the negative (covid sucks!) and long story short, I'm now about $3000 in debt because these subhumans think $25 is an appropriate cost to use a document format.
10. The app is just a waste of space on my mobile. The website said it was something like $3 a month for the subscription, I don't remember and honestly don't care.
11. I just kept repeating "please cancel" until i had to ask for a manager before she would cancel it.1. Not Free as it Claims (I expected them to do that though) 2.
