1. Don't plan to save records with it cos you'd be disappointedNot too bad but... I'm unable to open the setting to change the watch face as it keeps saying my permissions aren't allowing access (they're all allowed) I know it seems basic but this was part of the reason I chose this watch over others and I'm finding it frustrating, I've only had the watch 6 hours.

2. I can't seem to sync my bluetooth with the watch and it's not allowing it to show real time information.

3. I only use military time, and though my mobile device has military time, after multiple watch resets the app won't pull over military time to the smartwatch.

4. I am very disappointed in my Super and Watch purchase!This app isn't truthful with the results of the steps and vital data.

5. My phone broke and I had no alternative way of logging into my app and reconnecting the watch which rendered the watch useless for a few days.At the moment it's a very bad experience.

8. Just use it to monitor your steps, check heart beat rate, and blood pressure.

10. When you try to give feedback it says no feedback allows at present! This is appauling! The program is immature and needs upgrading.

11. But no Military time is a deal breaker for me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SuperBand Issues

1. Fix SuperBand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SuperBand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SuperBand App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuperBand" » Open SuperBand » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuperBand » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SuperBand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuperBand servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuperBand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SuperBand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuperBand might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SuperBand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuperBand then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuperBand not working


2. Fix SuperBand Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuperBand be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuperBand not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SuperBand may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
