1. I tested it out with my fledgling blue jays picture and it immediately knew it was a blue jay.. another rescued bird, gray catbird, was immediately, also, correctly identified.. I have found my new favorite bird identifier app 😍 ☺ thank you for creating this app! It will help me teach my children about the birds we encounter dailyIm not sure if this app works at all i take a picture of the bird or find a pic and it starts scaning and shuts down and goes back to home screen im not sure whats wrong with it but it doesnt work at all.........deleting now.Excellent app that works almost instantly which is ideal for the casual garden birdwatcher.

Took longer to install than it worked.It isn't too good app because it not showing the right answer but at the same time I can learn more birdsPoor app...does nothing...loaded a picture and it just crashes..very poor indeed.Does reasonably well in at least pointing you towards the correct species.Wasn't even close in identifying the bird I was trying to get identified.Not that great.

3. I am now harassing the feathered visitors to my garden in the vain hope of finding a bird this app doesn't recognise.APP stopped working when I tried to identify a bird.

1. Fix Bird Identifier Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bird Identifier: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bird Identifier App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bird Identifier" » Open Bird Identifier - Find That Bi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bird Identifier » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bird Identifier - Find That Bi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bird Identifier servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bird Identifier - Find That Bi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bird Identifier app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bird Identifier might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bird Identifier. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bird Identifier then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bird Identifier not working

2. Fix Bird Identifier Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bird Identifier be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bird Identifier not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bird Identifier may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
