1. Un-installing immediately!😡This app is AMAZING! I was on Google searching for an hour to figure out what this bird was I had at my feeder, but this app took the blurry image I took of it and gave me the correct results in seconds! I also learned something new! I had no idea that juvenile Red-Headed Woodpeckers didn't have red heads.

2. Very convenient for both the casual birder and the field ornithologist when book guides are not at hand, it even enhances the experience by providing different 'packages' with sounds, photos of plumage variation, and distribution maps of birds around the world.

5. I can understand a couple ads an hour but a 30 second ad every 60 seconds is extreme.Camera is absolutely horrible! It doesn't focus correctly, and when you do get it to focus and snap a shot, the picture come out longated and poor quality.

1. Fix Bird finder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bird finder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bird finder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bird finder" » Open Bird finder: bird identification, bird wallpaper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bird finder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bird finder: bird identification, bird wallpaper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bird finder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bird finder: bird identification, bird wallpaper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bird finder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bird finder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bird finder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bird finder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bird finder not working

2. Fix Bird finder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bird finder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bird finder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bird finder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
