1. All in all, it's a very bad app for such a great product!What is the point of this app if it does not notify you when you should take the next treatment? I have all my notifications on and my calendar set but it failed two times in a row to let me know that it is time for the next one.I need help to use beurer velvet skin pro, i bought this device last week and charged 2 hours before first season but after using it 10 minutes device became OFF, when i press ON button device become ON but for some seconds, after that it become OFF again.

2. Please help me to resolve this issue.This app cannot use as tracker for schedule the treatment day.

3. Notifications don't work, I wrote to the support, but they never reply with the solution.

4. No backup/restore, which is bad as you will loose your entries in case you switch the phones.

5. Adding threathment works only for the current date.

6. Also, deleting or updating the threatmensts is not possible.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Beurer MyIPL Issues

1. Fix Beurer MyIPL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Beurer MyIPL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Beurer MyIPL App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beurer MyIPL" » Open Beurer MyIPL » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beurer MyIPL » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Beurer MyIPL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beurer MyIPL servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beurer MyIPL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Beurer MyIPL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beurer MyIPL might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Beurer MyIPL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beurer MyIPL then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beurer MyIPL not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beurer MyIPL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
