beurer SleepQuiet Customer Insights

1. Useless.Garbage, does not connect consistently to snore de Icefire21, país to downloads sleep data from device... constantly needs to be pared in bluetooth which cause a reset on data of device.Worked for 2 days.

2. Cannot even pair my device… No problem 'seeing' it in the system settings, but the app just says: Start the pairing process! I press the 'Func' button, the blue light is blinking but nothing happens.

3. One more thing regarding SL 70 device: for a sleep session of 7 hrs per night, the device battery must be recharged every second day.

4. My phone can be paired with device but app does not find it.

5. That may be considered an uncomfortable matter.Like others, the App crashes when trying to pair my Samsung S20+ It does show, on the bottom of the screen, there was a connection.

6. (Note: I tried both options: paring it and not paring it first in the phone's bluetooth settings) A disaster!I have the app installed on a Lenovo tablet with Android 5.0.1 and it woks bad.

7. What does that mean? Get your Scheisse together Beurer!Each time the app syncs with SL70, all previous total snores statistics are wiped out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix beurer SleepQuiet Issues

1. Fix beurer SleepQuiet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart beurer SleepQuiet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the beurer SleepQuiet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "beurer SleepQuiet" » Open beurer SleepQuiet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for beurer SleepQuiet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear beurer SleepQuiet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from beurer SleepQuiet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "beurer SleepQuiet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check beurer SleepQuiet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, beurer SleepQuiet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall beurer SleepQuiet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall beurer SleepQuiet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing beurer SleepQuiet not working


2. Fix beurer SleepQuiet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make beurer SleepQuiet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to beurer SleepQuiet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, beurer SleepQuiet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
