1. I click edit, click the x on the item and it says it is removed, click done, and it spins and spins and then tells me that there is an error and the maximum number of items has been added.

2. However, since the update I cannot delete items out of my shopping cart.

3. The whole thing is just a mess and makes you want to say it's not worth shopping there anymore....Can't get through a single session without the app closing.

4. I have an item in my cart and wanted to add more items to purchase but app will not open my cart.

5. The shopping side can tell me how many reward dollars I have and that they are expiring soon, however there is not a way to apply them to the order without keying in the 15 digit number(s).

6. Then the cart is frozen in edit mode and i have to close out of the shopping cart completely, and try again.

7. I got curious as to how long the page would get stuck and that circle was going to spin after trying to delete stuff.

1. Fix Belk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Belk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Belk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Belk" » Open Belk – Shopping App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Belk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Belk – Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Belk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Belk – Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Belk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Belk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Belk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Belk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Belk not working

2. Fix Belk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Belk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Belk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Belk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
