Why should I report an Issue with TalkLife: 24/7 Peer Support?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TalkLife Ltd to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. For starters, I tried to write my post, i click on one thing try to back out and it gets deleted, not too sure if it's my phone but while typing it seems like its sensitive and by trying to click in between sentences, it click the whole bottom half and deleted.

2. I also wish there was a bit more gifts! People might tell you they will end it using this app which is horrifying and I wish there was a button that will say "don't do it!" or a button that can send the person help.I havent used the app long but so far so good.

3. I've reached the requisite number of posts and comments, had full conversations with people over messages, and then suddenly their chat box is completely empty.

4. People are really sweet but of course things can always be better! Such as..... the chat! the chat is kind of strange and most people will have to have a safe messaging system instead of using the current one.

5. I just wish you could change the colour scheme - writing on bright purple every time is pretty horrendous! I hope that gets change.

6. I understand some people don't like apps having advertisements but if you can look past the singular ad you get every now and again it's a great app.

7. You can't select from your gallery anymore it seems, it only works if you select the "take the picture" option.

8. Which itself glitches out and doesn't let me select messages from time to time.

9. Suggestion for future updat.. Under "Notifications".. where it days my notifications.. could be in the settings under "Your activity".. and the part that says "Community".. can just stay as the Notifications itself.

11. It's really frustrating.I've had this app for a very long time (6 year lurker, deleted my old account and created a new one a year or so ago).

1. Fix TalkLife Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TalkLife: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TalkLife App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TalkLife" » Open TalkLife: 24/7 Peer Support » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TalkLife » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TalkLife: 24/7 Peer Support app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TalkLife servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TalkLife: 24/7 Peer Support" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TalkLife app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TalkLife might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TalkLife. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TalkLife then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TalkLife not working

2. Fix TalkLife Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TalkLife be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TalkLife not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TalkLife may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
