1. most of my co workers already uninstalled app because of these issues.This app does NOT work, try to login and keepa saying info not found even though it is right! So annoying!It's the worst app I ever seen it won't even transfer when you switch phones it took me 7 weeks to get it till I even operateIt says to update but doesn't even give me that option.

2. Very Horrible Experience 😞 so don't use it.It wont let you update without having to add more devices, i dont have more devices.. So now i cant check my stuff or confirm anything!!!!! Really sucks!!! Like the rest of the companyI worked for KBP and still fail to see any great benefit like viewing the complete pay statement.

Maybe I'm wrong but I did search for my statement via the app and came up unsuccessful...It just doesn't work, everytime I try to login it just brings me back to the home page, I work at KFC and I don't understand how they expect us to rely on an app that doesn't workIt's unstable and doesn't let me look at schedule without glitching out and kicking me out.

4. How are we supposed to rely on something that doesn't work properlyi like the app,its great for employers/employees however myself and co workers keep getting kicked off and then we have to close the app.

1. Fix KBP Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KBP Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KBP Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KBP Connect" » Open KBP Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KBP Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KBP Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KBP Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KBP Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KBP Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KBP Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KBP Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KBP Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KBP Connect not working

2. Fix KBP Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KBP Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KBP Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KBP Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
