1. Other than that I like the app.as I was making sure it is a safe app for my 2yrs I didn't realize I was into it and I think it's safe and fun plus she loves baby first channel n YouTube (I wish you guys had a Spanish version of this app)so is very familiar for her and it keeps her occupied.

There should be a code or something needed in order to access the navigation bar to keep the app on without the possibility of them being able to access the rest of the phone.I Downloaded this game for my 10m daughter, there's a lot of buffering going on and it makes me sad for her because she gets super excited.

3. I have to close and reopen the app every other call.Right now, the app has an ad that appears everytime a video call with a character ends and I have to reset the whole app everytime.

4. Just a little disappointed knowing this is the newest app compared to the original.2yr old loves it, but camera doesn't work only shows a black screen.

5. However, not all the characters returned to the video chat and they did not add any new characters.A recently added pop-up asking if more of a particular character is wanted has made the app clumsy and unusable.

6. When the app didn't have that feature the call would simply end and my son could pick a new character to call or get more Color Crew without an app crashing prompt.

7. Several characters have disappeared from the video chat part and the 3 videos are completely gone.

8. It's been at least 6 months and it still doesn't work.Ok app, leaving on for now, does not have a way to keep child from backing out of app.

9. The camera doesn't work, it's all black and won't take her picture.

10. Otherwise my daughter loves the app! Please fix this bug!App freezes after calling two characters.

1. Fix Play Phone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Play Phone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Play Phone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Play Phone" » Open Play Phone for Kids - Fun educ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Play Phone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Play Phone for Kids - Fun educ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Play Phone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Play Phone for Kids - Fun educ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Play Phone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Play Phone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Play Phone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Play Phone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Play Phone not working

2. Fix Play Phone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Play Phone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Play Phone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Play Phone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
