1. My daughter loves the numbers and letters parts too but obviously she gets frustrated when the videos are right there but won`t work.A great app with a terrible menu interface.

6. Can't believe they try to charge for this junk.Was pretty disappointed when I found out it was a free download, but in order to do anything in it, wants me to pay monthly.

8. During the number or the alphabet game my 2yr old son will hit the 'next' button EVERY time when he's scratching the picture & it switches before he's done, or accidentally pulls down the screen all together and it closes the game.

1. Restart Dave and Ava Learn and Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dave and Ava Learn and Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dave and Ava Learn and Play" » Open Dave and Ava Learn and Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dave and Ava Learn and Play » click "UPDATE".
