1. Sad thing is you can find free lessons on ANY song, on YouTube!!! 😁 but they probably don't want you to know that..I first rated this app 5 stars BEFORE they changed their purchase model to a subscription only model and stopped allowing my prior purchases to be downloaded for offline use.

2. So if you want to do business with a company that will change the rules after you pay and then ignore your complaints... this is a perfect app for you!I've used quite a few online guitar learning tools and this (for me) is by far the best.

1. Fix Coach Guitar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Coach Guitar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Coach Guitar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coach Guitar" » Open Coach Guitar: Learn to Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coach Guitar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Coach Guitar: Learn to Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coach Guitar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coach Guitar: Learn to Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Coach Guitar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coach Guitar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Coach Guitar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coach Guitar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coach Guitar not working

2. Fix Coach Guitar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coach Guitar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coach Guitar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coach Guitar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
