1. Also never got the verification email to register an account so couldn't save info.After update (v5.07.76862), the ability to name actuators is not available and one has to use serial numbers for identification.

2. i tried to uninstall then install it again but the problem still exists.Not able to log in it w can a was sqE1eéh¹; times mmnnnçr1¹Not possible to work on Auma-Sipos valves.

3. But it's nice to have it when trying to check for MOV settings.The app require unnecessary permissions, like location, camera, media files, etc.

4. Previously named actuators identification has also been truncated in the app so it is hit and miss in finding the correct ones.

5. A step backward with this update.It's a pity that there is no preview of the torque and you can not set the end and start position (buttons are inactive).

1. Fix AUMA Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AUMA Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AUMA Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AUMA Assistant" » Open AUMA Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AUMA Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AUMA Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AUMA Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AUMA Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AUMA Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AUMA Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AUMA Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AUMA Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AUMA Assistant not working

2. Fix AUMA Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AUMA Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AUMA Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AUMA Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
