1. After a long wait, on the day specified for delivery, the order was canceled because the product was not available??? Bad experience, I do not recommend dealing with them anymoreWorst shopping app in UAE, my account was blocked without any reason and it was not communicated, I placed many orders and they got cancelled for no reason and when I called CS they said the account is blocked, at least they should've informed me clarifying the reason behind the blocking !!Worst experience.. I have return items.. for 2 weeks no one taking it.. I even wrote an email but still no one shown up to pick up my return goods.. not good customer service at all.,my package even arrive in 3 parts .really disappointed with your service.I recently placed an order through the 6 street online shopping app, and unfortunately, my experience with their delivery service was terrible.

2. Try other apps that are far better service than this.Worst experience ever, worst delivery time, worst courier company in Saudi, no phone number for customer service in Saudi, so i have to make an international call to talk to a human being, return policy not clear on the app.

3. I'll uninstall the app as soon as i get my partial refund back.I recently placed an order through the 6 street online shopping app, and unfortunately, my experience with their delivery service was terrible.

5. My suggestion.. learn from your competitors Namshi, Amazon who do a brilliant job in providing services and keeping the customers happy.I ordered shoes for 300 riyals, and after several days, they sent a message apologizing for the delay, and they set a day for delivery.

6. One of the agents suggested me to cancel the order if i don't get my delivery in 24 hours.USELESS APP! If there was a 0 or negative rating, then definately i would have given that.

7. Additionally, the customer service representatives were unresponsiveGift codes should be credited in store credit.

8. More than 80% of orders are cancelled without any reason and when you call the call centre 3 agents will give 3 different nonsense responses.

9. I didn't know that i would not get the full amount i paid, i don't mind as well as i know before i place my order.

10. When I tried to track my order, I found that the tracking information was vague and unhelpful.

11. They promised to expedite my delivery and not to exceed the promised delivery date, and they've changed it 4 times till now.
