United Networks Wi-Fi Customer Insights

1. I don't use the Wi-Fi service and need information on my United Network Global SIM particularly credit balance and data, which are exactly the information not found in the app ...On registration, stuck in endless loop as app claims password does not meet its requirements when it does.

2. The hotspots that are connected to United networks require you to have been a subscriber or have some kind of account .

3. What if I really needed data or phone??? Pretty useless app and will never use Global data or United Networks again.

4. Finally registered on website, downloaded app once again but it won't let me login.Rubbish! Got this as part of my travel insurance yet it won't even let you register an account to begin with.

5. I COULD NOT despite numerous attempts get the app to accept a password even though I was using enough letters, numbers, special symbols etc, it wouldnt even accept a computer generated password of its own making.

6. Very poor.Need to be able to view your account balance other wise you will have a zero balance without knowing.

7. Cant see a link back to united networks site to buy sim credit.

8. I wanted to use it for a free 5 day access provided by my travel insurer and was going to top it up to cover the remaining days of my holiday.

9. Also when the app detects a hot spot they are always out of rangeShould probably be renamed to "Limited Networks App".

10. As other reviewers have pointed out...useless! Deleted it.Absolutely rubbish.

11. Tried topping up my credit and it hasn't registered.
