Robin Hood Network Customer Insights

1. Its ok disabled families can walk home as again top ups even at vic centre fail, machines dont work, USELESS APPcan only check card balance using nfc and 80% of the time the balance isnt returned, not sure why as nfc recogises the card, connection to the web is fine so must be the back end.

2. I've walked back on myself a few times because of this. This is a great app for Nottingham Travel! The card check is great and the live departures are really helpful! One thing, the trams are the wrong way round so the southbound button on the app shows northbound departures and vice versa! A great app overall! You know what I like about this app.....? Sweet FA! It's not worked properly in ages.

3. A little more path redundancy would make this app much more effective and flexible.Useless, as there are never any working machines to check card especially if its failed to top up despite paying, and money out bank.

4. (One street machine didn't dispense the card and another dispensed a blank one)Totally useless app, needed to check supposed top up done by staff at Vic Centre bus station.

5. Just want to add what might be helpful to others: If you want a refund for faulty cards, make sure you turn up with a receipt at the Vic, otherwise if you are unclear that you want a refund, they will simply fulfill their side of the contract by giving you working versions of all the cards you bought.

6. Sadly there isn't anywhere for tram timetables though, just local departure times within hour of location, which isn't good if trying to work out when you need to leave somewhere ot get somewhere else for a certain time.Another flaw is the inability to access timetables from the Bus Stop> Buses menu.

7. You can't do anything useful like top the card up - an absolute necessity when 90% of tram stops also don't allow you to top up, and the office in the city closes after normal working hours.

8. It works out 10p cheaper than using the Mango card - but is it really worth it when it's such a faff to use the thing. This used to be my go to app for both bus and tram schedules.

9. So what the point, just another useless item from Nottingham City Council, probably cost cutting and only for the rich with mega latest phones.

10. It's not like its the failed Track and Trace App! It's also a shame I have to click on a star to post this message! The app itself is great, this rating doesn't include my negative experience of the system unlike some other reviews.

11. This is the main feature i use the app for so experience is pretty poor. The inky thing that needs ding is that you need to change the fact that the routes are done using straight lines.
