AT Customer Insights

1. Kindly address the issueFeatures are nice easy to use but app don't work without data and stops working unexpectedly! It's not my phone that has issues I have more than enough space and using the latest.

2. Now I get messages like you have "exhausted your internet bundle", while I have huge big data night bundle (80gb), few niight bundle (150mb), left over daytime (7.5mb), newly bought big time data ( 4.5 gb).

3. I can't link my number to the app anytime I want to use it, it is a frustrating thing to do.AT, pls subscribing to internet bundle on the app is very frustrating and very slow.

4. The home screen of the app showed your stats (airtime, data and the likes) in the past but now it just flashes on the screen and goes blank.

5. It just displays blank info, but when you switch to the other menus and you switch back to the home screen your information flashes and goes back to the blank screen again.

6. Pls kindly work on itWhy do I have to link my number to the app every time I open it? It wasn't like that in the past.

7. I have to install and uninstall it several times! If it keeps doing that, I may change network back to Vodafone.. thank youIts a good app with nice features.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AT Issues

1. Fix AT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AT" » Open AT Mobile App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AT Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AT Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AT not working


2. Fix AT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
