Thank youVery good app so I rate it 5 star all the redeem code are real but there is a problem that when I do the task I didn't get any coins pls fix that and when we going to redeem the codeit show pla complete 2 more task to claim thanksVery bad 👎 app 😑 I use this app for more than 3 months and get nothing.

2. I like this app and I suggested to download it and see the features of earning.It very easy to use but i give you 2 stars because if i want to redeem my coins it says"please do 3 more task to redeem your coins".

1. Fix PollPe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PollPe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PollPe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PollPe" » Open PollPe - Survey Rewards App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PollPe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PollPe - Survey Rewards App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PollPe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PollPe - Survey Rewards App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PollPe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PollPe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PollPe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PollPe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PollPe not working

2. Fix PollPe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PollPe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PollPe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PollPe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
