1. But my goodness devs, would it be that challenging to get the UI/graphic design ahead of 2005? I could understand if this was a free product, but that is not the case here.Please help, i think i found a bug where it asks for me to download the protocol each time i open the app and then directs me to the Google play store instead of it open protocols saving locally on my phone.

2. Awesome app with ALL the EMS State protocols at your fingertips!!! However, there is one downside... This app has NOT updated to the NEW and/or REVISED state protocols that have already gone into effect as of April 1st, 2023...please fix this issue so your app is more accurate and reliable!! 1. Fix Paramedic Protocol Provider Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paramedic Protocol Provider: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paramedic Protocol Provider App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paramedic Protocol Provider" » Open Paramedic Protocol Provider » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paramedic Protocol Provider » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paramedic Protocol Provider app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paramedic Protocol Provider servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paramedic Protocol Provider" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paramedic Protocol Provider app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paramedic Protocol Provider might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paramedic Protocol Provider. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paramedic Protocol Provider then reinstall.
