Muver Customer Insights

1. Due a refund if you block my access.As far as the idea goes great idea, but as far as the app, terrible it does not work very slow to operate (mostly the gig apps processing that makes it the way it is).

2. Transition between apps on/off when a ride is accepted on other app is slow & can be done quicker & more efficiently manually.

3. If you are trying to work multiple driving apps at once, say on a slow day, it allows you to connect up to 4 apps at a time.

4. I use a Samsung tablet, and found that I can only be running the three apps (Muver, Uber, and Lyft) without anything else in the background running to be effective.

5. Also the option to decide if you want other apps to be disabled when a request is accepted.

6. If you expect a trip before it does it won't turn off the other apps.

7. I can do it faster.The functionality of controlling the gig apps automatically is extremely helpful when it works, but the app crashes a lot and freezes up the phone a lot.

8. For instance if you go to the map on Grubhub and left it there then suddenly you get a trip form another app, it will except the ride and go back to Grubhub to switch it off but it gets stuck on the map page and you have to change the page to the on/off switch is.

9. I also have to constantly allow it to have permissions to work every single time I open it.High hopes but falls short, not worth paying for currently.

10. Helps keep my eyes on the road instead of flipping between both apps.

11. Another thing is it's really slow switching between the apps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Muver Issues

1. Fix Muver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Muver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Muver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Muver" » Open Muver: Gig Driver workspace » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Muver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Muver: Gig Driver workspace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Muver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Muver: Gig Driver workspace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Muver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Muver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Muver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Muver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Muver not working


2. Fix Muver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Muver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Muver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Muver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
