1. Better to use paper form and fax machine.It distorts images that you upload requiring multiple uploads and the need to check your claims regularly.
2. Otoh, the app could use some "user design thoughtfulness." For example, the date of service needs to be entered twice, even if there was only a single day.
3. There is no excuse.In last two weeks I am getting an error message: Server error there was a problem processing your request.
4. There are a few similar quibbles, that acclaris could _easily_ identify and resolve, if they convened a few user groups.
5. Fingers crossed.Terrrrrible, locked out or system error all the time.
6. In general, their user interfaces are sub-par, despite Acclaris' role.
7. THIS APP DOESN'T WORK!The bugs mentioned in previous reviews seem to have been resolved.
8. Problem not fixed.Picture of claims is always off.
9. Claims which have all info fail then resumbit to be accepted.
10. A total waste of time and storage space.
11. I have called customers service and reported the issue about 10 days ago.
