1. It's very hard to keep a record in current layout!no notification for each anniversary 100days, 200 days, 1 year,...Would be nice if the diary can be sorted by newest.There's a bunch of choices to customize it and I had 1 add customizing the whole app.the picture in the memories that we will add doesnt have an option to rotate or make it a portrait so only landscape view is available.. most pics i post are portrait views because theyre selfies.. thats the only thing i hate about this app but all in all its great!♡the photo feature for the love stories could be better (forced crop on all images, unable to see original uncropped picture).

2. It's a good app! Very customizable, but it only has a male and female gender, me and my boyfriend identify as male but for non-binary people or questioning people it would be nice to have more gender options.

3. You can see how similar you are to your boyfriend and your personal informationI like that it's easy to look back without having to remember.Good apps to count the beautiful moments I've been through with my love one.

4. Users should get notifications for special days (been in love for a month, 100 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year!) for their relationships.

5. Also for the second page and shape avatar, you cannot change the color which is kinda inconvenient.

6. I don't want to lose all memory I save in this app such as diary.

8. Users should know their lover's birthday easily and get notifications for that.

1. Fix Been Love Memory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Been Love Memory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Been Love Memory App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Been Love Memory" » Open Been Love Memory -Love Counter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Been Love Memory » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Been Love Memory -Love Counter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Been Love Memory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Been Love Memory -Love Counter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Been Love Memory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Been Love Memory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Been Love Memory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Been Love Memory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Been Love Memory not working

2. Fix Been Love Memory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Been Love Memory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Been Love Memory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Been Love Memory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
