Why should I report an Issue with AmazingText FREE - Text Widget?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I recommend instead using Any Text Widget.It was a really useful widget feature for organising your homescreen(s), but when you restart your phone a grey box appears in place of your text which reads, "Waiting for the homescreen to update..." and it never updates.

2. This app wouldn't allow me to make a single widget big enough to hold all the text that I wanted to display, which is why two widgets were necessary.

3. I just couldn't get my text to look the way I wanted it, or to make the texts in two different instances of the widget look consistent with each other.

4. If it took my custom text it would not change the color of the text, the spacing or the effect.

5. I've uninstalled it for now, but I'd download it again and upgrade this rating to 5stars if the bug could be fixed.Worked for about a day, then started displaying a message "Waiting for the lock screen to update".

6. Trial and error, deleting, and eventual success took less time than it did to write this review.Character size and line spacing seem pretty random.

7. I'm a technology geek, but even I couldn't figure it out, so I took the only option available: DELETE!Great Application (see Pro, upgraded version if applicable).

1. Fix AmazingText FREE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AmazingText FREE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AmazingText FREE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AmazingText FREE" » Open AmazingText FREE - Text Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AmazingText FREE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AmazingText FREE - Text Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AmazingText FREE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AmazingText FREE - Text Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AmazingText FREE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AmazingText FREE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AmazingText FREE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AmazingText FREE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AmazingText FREE not working

2. Fix AmazingText FREE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AmazingText FREE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AmazingText FREE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AmazingText FREE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
