1. I was not even able to finish my test.The reviews had me SCARED! But it was honestly a solid experience! It was very easy to download the app and create an account, I was connected quickly, the first proctor was very clear and walked me through everything when I wasn't sure if I was proceeding correctly.

2. My husband and I tested positive but there were multiple times over the duration where we couldn't report results because we kept getting errors saying that our test was already marked as used and we couldn't report results despite the tests being brand new ones.

3. I have called over 8 times to run a test and there was a problem each time (camera too blurry for them, depended needed their own account, dependent needed to be on my account, the profile changes didn't take, sound wasn't working,...)Horrible app.

4. My issue is that the app makes it difficult to use a single test with the app one time as the timer goes away if you accidentally hit the home button or the phone's screen closes.

5. Everything was very easy and was able to get my covid test results very fast.

6. Worse yet, you can't even self report the result of that test because it says the test is already used.

7. Helpful instructions, but once the timer has begun, if you exit the app for a couple moments (to answer the phone, etc.) and try to continue the test/timer, it has completely started over.

8. I did not use my phone instead I used my computer and the entire process was very easy.App glitched out and timer was reset.

9. Basically wasted one test since when I went back to reopen it just shows that test has been used and will not allow any further action.

10. Cannot go back to verify after scanning the barcode and waiting for results if you get a call or do a text message or any other app.

11. For sure, I would keep buying this brand for future tests, though.Does what you need it to do...for the most part.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NAVICA Issues

1. Fix NAVICA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NAVICA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NAVICA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NAVICA" » Open NAVICA » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NAVICA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NAVICA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NAVICA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NAVICA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NAVICA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NAVICA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NAVICA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NAVICA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NAVICA not working


2. Fix NAVICA Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NAVICA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NAVICA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NAVICA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
