1. If you stop it from crashing it would be 5 stars.Does not work at all, I selected an item from the gallery it goes throu the loading process only to show a black screen, no help, no additional information.

2. Good work!While trying to register my email id and complete the registration, the website says my device is blocked due to unusual activity.

3. Waiting now for approval for my 3D model.Links well with Google poly, Sketchfab and Unity, therefore Tiltbrush exports work especially well.I usually don't leave reviews but this app works smooth.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ARize Augmented Reality Issues

1. Fix ARize Augmented Reality Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ARize Augmented Reality: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ARize Augmented Reality App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ARize Augmented Reality" » Open ARize Augmented Reality » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ARize Augmented Reality » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ARize Augmented Reality app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ARize Augmented Reality servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ARize Augmented Reality" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ARize Augmented Reality app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ARize Augmented Reality might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ARize Augmented Reality. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ARize Augmented Reality then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ARize Augmented Reality not working


2. Fix ARize Augmented Reality Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ARize Augmented Reality be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ARize Augmented Reality not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ARize Augmented Reality may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
