The need to download a program instead of the normal way of applying for jobs on a webpage is counter intuitive..This App is very user friendly and the app has a virtual assistant to help you with your job search real time.Worst place to apply for jobs it doesn't give you jobs alerts even on the email, if you want to apply for a job through the app you will have to go through find salary and then IT and then the position you are looking for, even when you see their post through other job site signing in to be able to apply for the job won't still work, at this point I will deactivate my account with them and will not recommend it to anyone searching for a job.

2. Filtering would make looking for work that matches your skills and wants much easier.Very Glitchy! The app is not user friendly at all, info takes forever to populate and when it does, the search results are not accurate, this is just one of the many issues with the app, NOT A VERY GOOD APP AT ALL, YOUR IT DEPT IS NOT MEETING UP TO STANDARDS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS APP, SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO CUT CORNERS!This app so called sets up phone interviews for randstad but you never hear from anyone.

3. Not to mention everytime i get the confirmation interview email, it always gives my old number even though when it shows me my application review, it has my new number!I'm getting repeated "Thank you for signing up," emails, and being asked repeatedly to upload my current resume.

4. Waste of my time.You guys need to update your interface for uploading and creating resumes, it let's you go through all the steps but doesn't let you save and proceed to finish the final step.

5. It often doesn't seem to update jobs as regularly as the site, can be a bit buggy, and is heavily lacking in the lack of a filtering options.

6. Beyond being annoying, this doesn't inspire confidence that the application materials I'm sending are being recieved by either Randstadt, or potential employers.

7. I've taken screen shots of every step being finished...but the final one2/26/20 & 7/5/22 ‼️ NO Fix to problem after two YEARS.
