About Digifort Mobile Client

1. The Digifort Mobile Client is compatible with version 6. 7. 0. 0 of the Digifort system or higher, with the use of version 6. 7. 1. 1 or higher being recommended.

2. Please note: This app will not work on all Android mobile devices.

3. Minimum OS version is Android 8. 1 and device must have ARM v7 processor with NEON support (Basically devices released from 2012 onwards).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Digi Issues

1. Fix Digi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Digi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Digi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Digi" » Open Digifort Mobile Client » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Digi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Digifort Mobile Client app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Digi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Digifort Mobile Client" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Digi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Digi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Digi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Digi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Digi not working


2. Fix Digi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Digi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Digi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Digi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
