Why should I report an Issue with Beat Layers: Music, Beat Maker?

1. Edit after not using the app for a time I came back to it unable to use anything the video button to let you use it without buying it doesn't work on any of them and now its useless.I really enjoy the application and the sounds are really dope.

2. The amount of ads and ad length just to unlock the individual sounds on every instrument category is unreasonable.

3. Not to mention the ad you watch just to unlock the soundboard too.I had this installed a while back but had to delete because I had no space on my phone.

4. And the sound keeps going out while i'm trying to make beats...and no it's not my phone.

5. I would highly recommend this app but I only have a problem with saving the track and listening back to it because there are sounds that aren't intented to be used or be heard.

6. The three things I didn't like though is the lack of fading in and out it makes it difficult to transition to another synth or any other sound.

7. Need more and better sound packs and need to be able to mix the packs.

8. It's starting to get boring shuffling through the same sounds in order to make a new song.

9. A few weeks later, the app starts crashing every time I try to open a different beat pack.

10. Now, they've locked certain sounds in each category with 5 second ads.

11. I was okay watching two 15 second ads to use most of the packs because they are great.

1. Fix Beat Layers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beat Layers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beat Layers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beat Layers" » Open Beat Layers: Music, Beat Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beat Layers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beat Layers: Music, Beat Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beat Layers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beat Layers: Music, Beat Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beat Layers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beat Layers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beat Layers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beat Layers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beat Layers not working

2. Fix Beat Layers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beat Layers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beat Layers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beat Layers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
