iDentist Customer Insights

1. Very unpractical way of showing and writing down information, it simply doesnt make sence.All bugs fixed, app works at level of old version, or slightly better.

2. If this is corrected, I would rate it 5 stars.Great app that can replace a lot of apps or programs based on pc or os to manage dental clinic.

3. The back-up option bar shows a red circle that keeps moving making the menu keep going downwards.

4. Big + for PC version, congrats!Although I purchased the app with a lifetime access, now it is constantly asking to buy Windows version to continue the appointments.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iDentist Issues

1. Fix iDentist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iDentist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iDentist App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iDentist" » Open iDentist: Portal for dentists » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iDentist » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iDentist: Portal for dentists app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iDentist servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iDentist: Portal for dentists" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iDentist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iDentist might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iDentist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iDentist then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iDentist not working


2. Fix iDentist Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iDentist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iDentist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iDentist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
