1. Talenta is an Indonesian cloud-based HR Software that aims to help companies to simplify their HR processes, from attendance, leave requests, overtime, reimbursement and most importantly: payroll.

2. The employee can take control of their own HR tasks with Talenta mobile app.

3. This app makes it easier for the employee to request time off, change attendance/shift. or even completing their personal data.

4. To use Talenta mobile app, your company must be a Talenta customer and you must have a Talenta login.

It's really annoying when we want to log attendance, app suddenly logout, and we have to search for user/password first, wasting time, losing attendance time.I've been logged out a couple of times lately, and when i send a reset password request to my work email, there still no response from talenta, pls fix thisIts spent too many time to fix the location .

3. after implemented I was horribly disappointed because Talenta does not meet my expectation, it is too expensive (per user per month plan) for extremely poor performance in mobile app.

4. as the IT bugdet planner, Talenta was not my preference of HRIS because it was chosen by the HR Manager and unfortunately I haven't tested the web nor mobile app on my own.

5. I wish I have the opportunity to talk about this in person with anyone in Talenta.Please do not suddenly logout user.

1. Fix Talenta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Talenta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Talenta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Talenta" » Open Talenta » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Talenta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Talenta app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Talenta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Talenta" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Talenta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Talenta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Talenta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Talenta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Talenta not working

2. Fix Talenta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Talenta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Talenta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Talenta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
