1. Even the customer care email is getting bounced.After an update it stopped working.. I reset password.. But still the same.. I sent two emails and went to the hospital and checked with 3 employees non of them helped.. I wonder how these people work.. Can't reach to them.
2. I don't know what sort of update they are doing for these many days.Radiology report is not getting uploaded in the app from the past 2 months, tried every one contacting in the hospital for this issue in the app but still not resolved, should have proper communication channel to raise issues from the app itself.It's not working since 3 days.
3. More over vide the app, we can see all the doctors available and choose the doctor whom we would prefer to see.I don't think they even have any team working on this app, the app has been down for more than 2 weeks now and they don't even seem to care or seem to be even aware of that issue.
4. This says a lot about the hospital and the mentality of the management.My biggest mistake by updating the App which was big disaster as the app is not getting logged in, says that the password or ID is wrong.
5. TOTALLY USELESS KEEPING THIS APPLICATION ON PLAY STORE.The app is not at all working.
6. Always says " something went wrong try after sometimes" Either make the app to be in use or remove from the play store.
7. Worst service by care IT team, i think management is wasting money by giving them salaries.
8. When inquired even the staff at the hospital confirms that the app does not work.
9. It does not let you reset password neither lets you log in even with the right password.
10. Now fed up with the appThe site and App is not been working for quite long time.
11. Not working any longer, they should remove the app from the app store.
