1. Uninstalling.I'm shocked!! After using more than a year for this application, I am surprised by an update request that allows access to files and knowing where I am, I did not allow these new options, which led to closing the application, I repeatedly tried to open the application without interest, I tried to remove the application and reinstall it and agree to the new terms, and this is what was done , But the result was the loss of 100's of important files stored in the application !!! I am very sad..Hi! I really love this app.

3. Plzz if there was any developer for this software i humble request to solve my problem...The App Private Diary free and Pro have been excellent since 2015 however yesterday it stopped working saying there was a bug and refuses to open.

4. I have sent an email without success to date.I can't import my previous journal entries from the zip files like it says it should.

5. And add those date and time selections in the entries back typing numbers and letters instead of just rolling/swiping to the correct date or time.

9. Not fond of .DIARY files already there, it still has photo not found in the entry originating from backup while the original does have those.

10. Add more backup options like export to .pdf or .email (not .doc as those might be corrupted by hackers) because photos and drawings/doodles are not backed up to be restored in other devices.

11. I have used this app for years, but when I recently tried to get in on my android app, It does not work, getting messages that says the app keeps crashing.
