1. It was my first and last time using this app.Very bad experience I ordered products total 5 items they reduced 1 item without any information and at the time of delivery.

It always shows wrong information.I received the order and the packaging was very bad and it was opened and the box was destroyed And all the parts were outside, and I collected them with it, and this is unacceptable, and I really do not know if it works or not, but in this way it will be my last dealing with your site, and I will find a site that respects the customer more than thatThis organization has miles to go, to be recommended or for second order.

3. On 31/05/2023 they are telling me we can't replace your things again.We didn't receive what we have ordered and now it is 2nd weak still i didn't receive all materials that I ordered but in the app shows materials delivered.

4. Highly non trustworthy platform.do not use this app they are sending damaged items also duplicate items so go direct shopping mall and buy from there do not waste your time on this app its totally zero.

5. The delivery team demands more money even processing fee and delivery charges were already added in the bill that I saw in my order.

6. The issue is with the Dubai branch, not the Oman branch.I didn't get my stuff on time, I had to contact them many times.

7. Moreover the I have not received any delivery yet.I only placed order once (4 products).

8. HOWEVER, if an item is out of stock and they have to order it from Dubai - you'll have to wait 4 or 5 weeks.

9. I was receiving false delivery massages via WhatsApp, but at the end, I got my thing delivered.
