1. The timer isn't accurate since the app and device disconnect and once it does connect it starts the time where it disconnected or it stops the timer altogether.The Hummingbird device is awesome, but the app leaves a lot to be desired.
2. This app wasn't even available on Google Play Store for at least 1 month, until just this week it was there again, so I couldn't set the device to my needed intensity when the app was unavailable.
3. This issue has been ongoing for the 2+ years I've had the device.Problems getting the intensity to increase from 30 to 70.
4. For $300, the company should provide a remote and an on/off button so people that suffer from severe pain do not have to bend over to plug in the unit each time they want to use it.
5. The timer doesn't run in the background, so if I open another app or take a call, the timer pauses.Connection problematic , I have a hard time to make a connection, then it drops.
6. Error message says "VM-100 has rejected.the connextion." Thus, I can no longer change intensity or set the timer.
7. Extremely disappointed Disabled Veteran.I love my vital motion Hummingbird, but I can't change the intensity without the app.
8. Thank you! I still think the hummingbird itself should have a switch for manual setting when there is no wifi.I hope they are reading all these reviews that say the same thing, app doesnt work.
9. Help!! Please create a remote and allow verified purchasers the opportunity to receive one free of charge!The IT department fixed the app.
10. To the designers please fix app and also consider a device that doesn't actually need the app.
