1. Maybe easier if you could zoom in on the bar to line it up easier where you need your edit to start.I've already made 2 videos and this is some seriously awesome editing software!! Super easy to make, fairly straightforward, and every time you open the program- you either learn something new, or see that the developers added MORE awesome stuff for you to play around with on your clips! Makes it easy for when you don't wanna pull out your laptop and get frustrated over some clunky ol' program that doesn't even make quality videos.

I love this app and remember practice makes perfect it's not magic and produces blockbuster results no but it gives you the tools to many many possibilities and you can make some nice videos when you put the time in to learn how to combine etc I just hope that maybe they'll add more effects templates ect maybe some mortal kombat effects music etc that would be awesome!!!! One can only wish 🤞Excellent video creator.

4. They charge you a year just to take a look at the apps functionality or waste alot of your time trying to sit threw ads to understand the service.I get mad when I am inconvenienced, that being said this is a great application and worth paying for the pro version.

5. Occasionally there are glitches that close the app but all work gets saved and it doesn't happen too often .App is heavily weighed down with ads to be usable in the free or just to get a look at and see if the pay version might be helpful.

6. I can never find anyone exactly when I need them, and this app has been a lifesaver! The ability to extract audio from a clip is pure gold! So now I read both parts and simply extract the audio of the "person off camera".

1. Restart AI Video Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AI Video Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AI Video Editor" » Open AI Video Editor: ShotCut AI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AI Video Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AI Video Editor: ShotCut AI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AI Video Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AI Video Editor: ShotCut AI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AI Video Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AI Video Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AI Video Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AI Video Editor then reinstall.
