Pixomatic Customer Insights

1. Might be a necessary evil for some things, but that should be listed in the notes somewhere.Argggh! At first I thought it was going to be awesome, but then it kept freezing and crashing, even after I deleted 20 apps from my Galaxy tablet to assure memory space wasn't the issue.

2. Parts don't work like the option to fill with color, making text rounded, selecting a color to remove or change to different color, the magic works on some pictures but just cuts a small area other times.

3. I just wanted to erase the background of an image (which is clearly its main advertisment) but I'm constantly being shoved down my throat to pay a subscription to use their services.

4. The most impressive thing is the magic cut that automatically cuts out the subject of the photo to be placed on a different background.

5. I just ended up screenshotting the transparent image I made then went to a FREE online background remover.

6. however, now I can't go 2 full minutes without getting a 30 second add in which it continuously bombards me with banners asking me over and over to download the app it's advertising onto my phone, on top of the fact that it's advertising it's own paid portion of the app afterwards.

7. However, as I was going in to recut as needed, I found that after awhile, each time I went to cut more, things I had already cut were no longer and then I had to do more work to fix it.

8. With the selection of different brushes and the opacity control I can do the kind of editing I want to do.This is a good and very capable app with a few quirks.

9. "Okay, sure." I thought, about to save the transparent image I've made, but then (here's the funny part), you can't even do that! You have to pay for the subscription to do that.

10. 2-the crashes!! I've been editing a picture for almost an hour, until I make the picture "too large" and it crashes, losing whatever last layer I was working on.

11. What I'm outraged enough to put my first rating at a two is simply because any photo I save from editing with pic automatic.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pixomatic Issues

1. Fix Pixomatic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pixomatic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pixomatic App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixomatic" » Open Pixomatic - Background eraser » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixomatic » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pixomatic - Background eraser app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixomatic servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixomatic - Background eraser" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pixomatic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixomatic might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixomatic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixomatic then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixomatic not working


2. Fix Pixomatic Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixomatic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixomatic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixomatic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I'm calling the better Business bureau because over here in nice attempt so people don't send you a bunch of emails frustrated you want to save their robot all of this is being recorded because I'm going to post this on YouTube trust me your traffic for this business is going to slow down great if I don't have my money refund my money I could care less what you do with anybody else maybe they might enjoy you ripping them up have my money back in that account the end of that account is now whatever measures for people to see what type of business this is and how it makes no sense to get involved with you because you can never get your money back if you don't like the service or for whatever other matter here in America even though you have a listing in New York and we're not satisfied we can get our money back and you see two of that a person can't without a hassle I want every dime back the end of that card is 9918 everydayAmerica if you are building somebody you must have a contact number where they can contact you it looks like you're in another country and you're using New York as a sub. That's why you don't list the number so you can build people's charge cards and go around other means so you don't have to worry about refunding their money or you can just give them a hassle if you were honest people you were for sure with the amount of money that you charge makes you a perfect and talk to a live representative it was AI that you spoke to and it made a mistake when you decided to build my car I didn't give you permission and that's for sure put my money back and no matter what type of complaint or how far I have to go to get this resolved I want my money back really with interest because it should have never took this long to get in contact with a person you hold people money so you can draw interest off of it and you're hiding behind pixelmatic

  • Put my money back in my account you've been ripping me off for over a year first the charges with appear and then they would not I'm thinking that the bank got rid of you but the bank told me to get in contact with you you can't because you don't have a phone number I'm going to go online and post that you use this to rent people off therefore they buy your service or whatever happens make a mistake and get you service however you got an account I have children and then you make sure that you are evasive and no one can speak to you until you keep building their account put every dime back on my account before I follow a lawsuit a class asking all the people that had to go through this and wait over a year to get in contact with a person the bank is said to contact you guys you can't contact you guys get my money back on my card ASAP I'm so frustrated I'm willing to take a flight to your corporation you can directly call me 248-295-1058 the email is seen that Wilson 1005@redacted follow that get that money back of my account the last four digits of that card you're building is 9918 I want my money back ASAP you're a bunch of things and I'm for sure going to post this even if somebody wants your service I want to try it out don't do it because they'll never be able to get their money back without a hassle it's a rip off

  • Since my Pixomatic was updated to a new version it will not allow me to magically cut photos and objects that were all magically cut by my old Pixomatic version. I’m not happy on this.   • When I first signed up for the trial, it said that I could cancel my subscription through email. I tried that, and the response was to check my app. It appeared to be cancelled, and I was still trying to be charged. I contacted you all via email again, and was told to contact apple.   • Hey guys Happy Thanksgiving!
    I’ve been In and out of the hospital, for the last week, so I completely lost track of the subscription. I don’t have much money on my account and would ask please if you guys could try and refund the money. I’m not trying to scam. If you check I haven’t used the app, I have also canceled immediately as soon as I saw the charge in my account. If you guys can’t I totally understand, but there was just a huge miscommunication on my end, and I’m super low on money at the moment especially with the holidays coming up.

I had started the free trial, but I realized that I am not skilled enough to use an editing application. I ended up not using the application.   • I signed up for a free trial of pixomatic a few months ago. Before the deadline of the free trial went up I went to cancel my subscription through the settings app on my iPhone. I hadn't noticed the $7.99 taken out of my account, however the next month I did. I had tried to cancel it again through my phone settings, but the option was no longer there. I then tried cancelling it through an option on the pixomatic website, as well as re downloaded the app to delete my account entirely. However I am still being charged that $7.99. Considering I have tried multiple times to delete this account and I am still being charged, I think it is only fair that I be refunded the amounts for the last few months given I do not use the app anymore. I would also like my account permanatley deleted and hope to not be charged again next month. Thanks.
