1. Edit again: it seems like the bugs have been fixed, im so glad!!I loved this app and paid for the premium version for a year.
2. Also, if I miss a day of watering (and don't check off that I watered them), the next day, those watering tasks will not be in my to do list... That makes it very confusing to know which plants need to be watered.
3. If the bus with the reminder feature get fixed, then the app is definitely worth it, but it sounds like it's not getting fixed.Like many other users, I've experienced functionality problems with the watering schedule and reminders starting a few weeks ago.
4. The plant identification software is good (90+% in my case), the watering reminders are helpful and very customizeable.
5. I have one plant that shows "30 days overdue" although I am 100% certain it has been watered and checked at least twice during the last 30 days.
6. 3 stars given the reminder schedule is a major component of the appUpdate:(6/16/23) the app seems to have resolved its issue and working properly again.
7. A workaround that seems to be working for now is going in to edit each reminder the day it goes off and accepting its defaults; the checkbox then reappears.
8. I have to check each plant individually and ive got too many, such a waste.Heavily advertised as an app that can diagnose sick plants.
9. While it is a paid product, it delivers a fantastic overall app experience and has made my first year gardening easier.
10. Now it has bugs and the reminders to fertilize and water turn themselves off and I'll miss days.
11. Additionally, a spot for feedback in app would be helpful, so these bugs don't need to be addressed in their ratings section.

Hi. I can't log into my paid blossom account. I signed in with my e mail and the password I would've used but it said it was wrong. I also asked for a password reset to be sent to my e mail but I never received it. I have already paid for a years subscription and I don't want to be charged again. I have my receipt if needed. I would like my money back please. I was charged almost 50 for something I did not sign up for. Yes I did the free trial for the few days.
