Flex Utility Customer Insights

1. Was not comfortable allowing that permission.The accessibility service is malfunctioning showing in the app.... And the example station part should I fill up the example one or there's more?, And after fillin up the example one and time 4 hr i didn't recieve any block, should this happens.This app uses apps that scam you , don't enter your credit card information in this app.

2. Does not work properly, it will refresh as normal, it will grab blocks as normal, but it does not swipe to accept them, pointless having this as I can do that myself just as fast.

3. Unless I select the large tap theme as well the button does not work and when pressed it pulls up the menu.All this morning, this thing was grabbing routes I didn't want it to and accepting them.

4. I'll keep evaluating.I have been using this for about a week and today I received an email from Amazon about using 3rd party software to get blocks, apparently this is against the terms of service.

5. Be good if you could set it to auto pilot, so it taps, accepts and swipes to accept itself.The swipe button is very slow and it is very hard to take the blocks.

6. Have everything setup and it does not select blocks or swipe.

7. Something needs to be done cuz your swipe is not workingWish manual swipe targets remained visible but it's a minor annoyance.

8. However once I limited my search to a specific warehouse and amount, it selected it but didn't swipe.

9. I know you are making a great work with this app, but it needs to be better! I'd like to get the premium version, however I don't see to many difference!!Doesn't work.

10. So be very careful using this, you could end up deactivated.I enabled the app in accessibility, set my preferences, enabled the overlay.

11. Selects the correct blocks but not always succesful swiping (blocks always taken).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Flex Utility Issues

1. Fix Flex Utility Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Flex Utility: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Flex Utility App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flex Utility" » Open Flex Utility » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flex Utility » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Flex Utility app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flex Utility servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flex Utility" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Flex Utility app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flex Utility might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Flex Utility. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flex Utility then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flex Utility not working


2. Fix Flex Utility Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flex Utility be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flex Utility not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flex Utility may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
