1. The layout in general is still very outdated overall and needs an update.It works pretty well but I sometimes have trouble with the close window buttons and if I choose an item in the search, coupons, or samples it doesn't work.This app makes accessing my parties much easier on the go! The only issue I foresee is the inability to work my parties through the app.Love that it's so easy to access all of my Tupperware resources in one place even on the go!I hope we will be able to do everything soon on this app , some functions does not work and I agree needs a updating !Not able to place my order, I get as far as the 2nd page and it freezes up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix tupHub Issues

1. Fix tupHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart tupHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the tupHub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tupHub" » Open tupHub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tupHub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear tupHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tupHub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tupHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check tupHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tupHub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall tupHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tupHub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tupHub not working


2. Fix tupHub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tupHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to tupHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, tupHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
